Are you a recent Graduate looking to get into Agriculture to start your career?
About The Client
We are working with a UK market-leading precision crop production service provider who offers services and advice to growers to improve their performance and business. An opportunity has arisen to join their Farm Trading team in Shropshire.
About the Role
In this role, you will be developing professional relationships with customers and colleagues as you learn to become an established farm trader. You will be responsible for purchasing stock and advising customers on the most appropriate products and management strategies. You will be managing a strong existing customer base whilst using your commercial awareness to develop relationships further.
The Ideal Candidate
A background in sales is not required but experience and qualification in agriculture are essential. You will have an interest in building relationships and have strong communication skills.
