Farm Foreman - North Lincolnshire

We are seeking to recruit a dynamic Farm Foreman, to work in our progressive, 2400ha arable farming and contracting business. We need an individual who is passionate about agriculture and the environment, who will deliver as part of this family run business, in collaboration with our Farm Business Manager.

The Role:         

• Manage staff efficiently and meet the business goals 
• Deliver efficiently in all field, transport, and workshop operations
• Manage the machinery fleet efficiently and with an eye to continuous development
• Undertake relief operations of machinery as required
• Organise all 3^rd party and seasonal staff
• Set high standards of Labour & Machinery management whilst implementing health and welfare policies

The Ideal Candidate:

• A passion for agriculture with the drive to help push the industry forward
• A keen eye for detail
• Experienced in precision farming technologies (GPS systems, CTF, Yara N sensor, Regen Ag)
• Demonstrate a proven track record of managing staff
• Work well under pressure and manage intense workloads  
• An understanding that the role will require some long hours during busy periods
