An opportunity has arisen to join the Earl of Plymouth Estates Farming team in a new position as Farm Operations Manager. This is a key role in a large scale, progressive farming business working across 2,100ha near Ludlow in Shropshire,

The successful applicant will be involved in all enterprises across this diverse farming business which includes arable, dairy, beef and sheep production.

This is a varied, hands-on role, overseeing and providing support to our skilled team and working closely with the farm director and all enterprise heads to successfully deliver the objectives of the business whilst initiating development of the farming systems to meet future challenges.

The applicant is likely to be experienced and formally trained, have a strong mechanical aptitude, be a natural problem solver and an interest in sustainable and progressive agriculture.

A competitive remuneration package is offered which can include a vehicle and housing on the Estate.
