Sprayer Operator/Quadtrac Driver

Bickmarsh Hall Farm is a 2000 acre family run estate on the Warwickshire/Worcestershire borders.

Vacancy description/expectations:

• We are looking for an experienced sprayer operator to be responsible for applying crop protection products over the farms range of combinable crops. We run a self-propelled Bateman RB35. Applicants are expected to have their relevant PA qualifications.
• Operator of a Case Quadtrac 620 being responsible for a large proportion of the farms cultivations and drilling.
• Having good workshop experience is essential.
• Be self-motivated and have a keen eye for attention to detail
• Be flexible and willing to cooperate with whatever jobs arise within the estate. Work enthusiastically alongside other team members with an attitude to help each other when required and obtain the best results possible for the farm.
• Relevant training will be provided as and when appropriate.

A competitive wage will be provided to the successful candidate with the availability of a three bedroom cottage on the farm.
