This long-standing, highly respected Irish owned farming enterprise are looking to recruit a Farm Manager for their thriving multi-site fresh produce business. This role is all about utilising your practical background, and as this business believe in investing in their staff and the next generation of Farm Managers therefore the successful person does not need to be an experienced Vegetable Manager (although this would be advantageous).

Working closely with the Farm Operations Manager and Managing Director you will ensure the farm is producing high quality, profitable crops which meet the customer demands and specifications. There is ample scope for diversification with this modern, forward thinking business- they are currently growing salad and carrots but are keen to increase their range of crops grown.

You will need:

• Prior experience in an arable/vegetable/salad Farm Management role.
• Leadership experience, either as an Assistant or experienced Farm Manager.
• Forward thinking attitude- this business are always looking for the next step.
• High attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
