What would I be doing?
You will get to manage one of their three glasshouse farms, specialising in herb production. Alongside growing herbs for the local and export market, you'll also get the chance to manage a team of people.

There's lot of autonomy once you settle into the role, and huge capacity to help develop the business in expansion plans and projects.

Sounds good, what do I need?
You'll have already working in a commercial glasshouse environment and be keen to learn all about herbs. You'll have supervisory experience before and be looking for the chance to broaden your horizons.

Who for?
They've been established for over 30 years and have a reputation for producing quality produce. They grow in soilless hydroponic systems and environmentally controlled glasshouses with custom built machinery. Across their 3 farms, they have 100 acres of modern glass.
