The client

Our client is an family run business in the Poultry industry. They invest in their employees and support and develop their people. Due to growth they are looking for a Broiler Assistant Farm Manager to join the team.

The Role

As a Broiler Assistant Farm Manager you will assist the Manager in the management of the farm and run the farm when the manager is off site. You will ensure welfare of birds is always adhered to and day to day observation, walking and weighing of birds. You will need to maintain up to date records according to red tractor scheme and always maintaining Biosecurity and cleanliness.

The Candidate

The ideal person will have experience within the Poultry industry however for the right person with the right attitude and willingness to learn this position can come with training.
