National Sales Manager - Agriculture

If you can deliver sales, build relationships with farmers and manage a team you could see some fantastic returns on your career development.
The role would suit someone with a good livestock understanding maybe from a feed or genetics business.
You'll know what this is all about. You'll travel around livestock producers to develop relationships, offer solutions and gain traction with farmers. Building trust - easier said than done, I know, but a key part of the role and likely what gets you out of bed in the morning anyway.
You'll get out with your team members too and help coach and mentor them, passing on your skills and knowledge.
The team is full of passionate individuals who all have some fun whilst getting the job done. It's a great atmosphere and culture to be a part of.
There will be some not-so-nice parts of the job too. You'll need to manage team and individual performance. The team is currently in a good place on that front, but you'll always need to be driving them forward. There will be the dreaded paperwork and admin to do too, but none of us can escape that. The positives will far outweigh the negatives, but it's worth knowing about as you consider if this is right for you.
