About the Role: If you are a dedicated and experienced Marketing Executive, looking for your next career move, this could be a great opportunity for you. As a Marketing Officer, you will be instrumental in crafting and implementing strategic marketing initiatives tailored to rural businesses, promoting our farm and estate management software solutions. You will be working alongside the Marketing Manager who ample experience in this sector and can offer training experience and ample support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to target rural businesses, highlighting the benefits and features of their software.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content for various channels, including social media, websites, newsletters, and print materials.
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities, leveraging insights to refine marketing approaches.
  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email, and PPC advertising.
  • Coordinate promotional events, webinars, and trade shows to showcase our software to potential clients.
  • Monitor and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns, generating reports and recommending improvements.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience in Marketing, Business, Agriculture, or a related field.
  • Ideally from an agricultural background with a strong understanding of rural businesses and their needs.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in marketing roles, preferably within the agricultural or software industry.
  • Proven track record in developing and implementing successful marketing strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A creative thinker with a passion for technology and its application in agriculture
