Senior Production Operative - Worcestershire

If you’re an experienced production operative who has worked within the food and beverage industry, this could be your opportunity to step up into a more senior position.

This company uses the fermentation process to manufacture animal feed ingredients. As a Senior Production Operative, you would carry out all processes related to fermentation and freeze drying with additional responsibilities such as assisting with production planning and training colleagues.

The ideal candidate for this position would be someone who has worked in industries that utilize fermentation such as brewing, food production or pharmaceuticals. Candidates must be able to follow standard operating procedures, maintain a clean and sterile working environment and have excellent attention to detail.

• Carry out fermentation processes
