Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Grain Trader to join our growing business to become an integral part of our expanding trading & procurement department.

Charles Jackson & Co are a well-established family run business who strongly believe in developing long term relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:
As Grain Trader you will be responsible for fulfilling existing contracts and increasing contracted area/tonnage within the business, reporting to the Commercial Director.

An essential part of this role is to develop, create and nurture strong business relationships, confidence and communication skills are key. As a forward-thinking, innovative company we require someone who is creative, can think outside the box as business development work would be expected.

Preferred Skills:
Previous experience as a grain trader/buyer

Agricultural qualification desirable

Excellent communication skills with the ability to deal effectively with farmers & merchants

Loyal and committed to the company and seeking a long-term position
