An exciting opportunity has arisen with one of the country's leading Regenerative Agriculture farms, Whitbread Farms Limited.

Whitbread Farms, part of the family owned Southill Estate, based in Central Bedfordshire, are looking for an enthusiastic, conscientious, multiskilled and proactive team member. The focus will be on following the farms regen strategy. Working closely with the Farm Manager on innovation, soil management and environmental best practice on the 3000ac operation.

The Farm is also home to native Pedigree British White beef suckler herd in the historic parkland. The herd forms an integral part of the role, alongside extensive environmental areas.

Do you have:

• Good knowledge and experience of all practical farming operations
• PA1 and PA2 are essential.
• A genuine interest for profitable, broad acre Regenerative Farming
• The desire to learn, challenge convention and to work to a collective goal
• Knowledge of Gatekeeper and Greenstar operating systems
