State of the art AD facility and large-scale arable farm requires Agricultural Workers to join its established biogas / agricultural team.
Brinklow Biogas is an Anaerobic Digester (AD) facility processing approximately 60,000 tonne pa of crops into bio methane, electricity and hot water, located in Warwickshire England. We also own a sand & gravel quarry, recycling business (composting) and a 2000 - 3500 acre farm operating from the same site.
Duties involve the growing of maize, cereals and beet feedstock crops and application of digestate to land as fertilizer. The role entails seasonal cultivations work, hauling of agricultural products and loading of crops into the digester plant. Due to the agricultural nature of the business, there is an element of working outside normal hours during the planting and harvesting seasons.

Successful candidates must fulfil the follow criteria:
- Hold a valid UK driving licence enabling them to drive a car / tractor on the highway
- A basic knowledge/understanding of Health & Safety
- Experience in tractor driving
- Have good verbal and written communication skills
- Have a very strong ‘agricultural’ work ethic,
- Self-motivated and prepared to work long hours when the farming season dictates
- Reliable and trustworthy with a positive attitude
- Able to work in a team or alone, conducting tasks with minimal supervision, in a safe & efficient manner
Wages negotiable dependant on experience.
Onsite training and certification will be provided to the right candidate.
