What you'll be doing:

As the production Manager, you will be directly responsible for ensuring that your team leaders successfully manage their teams to achieve the highest standards and production rates. You will report directly to the site manager.

The daily tasks will be standard for most with experience in this or similar roles. Still, the opportunity to have near full autonomy and directly learn from the site manager to develop your skills is what sets this opportunity to be different from others.

As this role is new to the site it's a fantastic opportunity to make your mark on the production team by implementing new processes and fine-tuning existing ones.

What youll need:

• Previous management experience within an FMCG will be crucial, with Feed Mill experience being highly sought.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• A positive growth mindset and ability to create change within a working environment
