Package: Salary starting from £47,743 - £48,939 (moving to £47,743 - £51,723 from July 1st), plus an Occupational Pension Scheme with 28.68% employer’s contribution, 45 days annual leave (including bank holidays), other benefits include: Company paid health plan, Corporate discount scheme, Cycle to work scheme

As Head of Area, and part of the College Management Team you will be an inspirational leader, a strong collaborator and a firm subscriber to continuous improvement. You will be responsible for providing an outstanding student experience for our learners across the range of curriculum offered in the area (Agriculture, Horticulture, Floristry, Countryside management, Land based Engineering, Forestry and Arboriculture). As an impactful coach your passion for high quality teaching, learning and assessment will be a catalyst to drive forward practice and will ensure high rates of student success and satisfaction. You will be a networker who can forge and maintain close links with key employers across our land-based communities to ensure the curriculum is relevant and responsive and you will be keen to develop and grow the provision providing opportunities for careers in the land-based sector for all.
