Job Details

What's in it for you?

Are you a seasoned Farm Business Consultant seeking the next leap in your career? This opportunity could be your fast track to directorship, bypassing traditional hierarchical climbs. An additional attraction is the opportunity for equity share/ownership as part of a medium term succession plan.

Do you have a natural ability to build rapport and maintain strong relationships with clients? Are you fed up with prescribing the same framework for every client? Would you like the opportunity to constructively challenge the mindsets of both clients and members of the team to ensure that the best advice is given? This could be that truly exceptional role you've been waiting for, allowing you to thrive in an environment where originality and depth of advice set the standard, cultivating longstanding relationships and a superb reputation.

About the Job

We are working with an esteemed and exciting consultancy business that provides valuable advice, strategic planning and support to farmers, landowners and tenants across a broad geographical span from Cambridgeshire to the Scottish borders.

Utilising the existing long-term client base, you'll be able to delve into an exciting range of consultancy work from the get-go. Nevertheless, the role will suit someone with strong business development acumen who enjoys being out in front of farmers and landowners and bringing new clients into the fold.

In addition to the consultancy and business development aspects of the role, as the lead consultant you will be joining the businesses' senior leadership, managing and aiding in the development of the existing team, whilst also being involved in devising strategy and tactics for the company to ensure their continued reputation and growth in perpetuity.

Want to know more?

Wondering whether you are the right person? To thrive in this role, you will need to be a proactive individual; although work comes in from referrals, your knack for self-marketing and brand promotion will put you on the map and help the business move from strength to strength.

Our client is committed to finding the ideal candidate based on merit and personal qualities. If you possess a strong drive and ambition and are eager to catapult your career, don't hesitate to reach out.
