Senior Estate & Farm Business Director | Estate Management | Hampshire 

A unique and exceptional role has come available to become part of a farm and estate management advisory consultancy based in Hampshire. This is an opportunity for a Senior individual who is ready to take the next step up in their career as very real potential for advancement and promotion is available for the right candidate.

Our Client
This is a firm with traditional values as well as a forward-thinking business having successfully grown year on year. They provide a range of services to clients in Hampshire and the surrounding counties. The company is majority owned by the management team, with some shares held by two major client estates, with strength in farm management, farm grants and stewardship, hands on estate management, farm diversification , maintaining farm and estate accounts, and the management and letting of residential properties.
Over the last two years they have also been involved with the sale of land for housing developments, Farm sales, lotting and selling woodland, as well as the sale of residential property.

The Role
Mainly the role will involve client advisory work for regular and one-off clients, likely to include estate management, farm management, contract farming agreements and environmental scheme and grant advice and applications. An individual who is also skilled at carrying out rural professional work would be a great asset.  A suitable individual will bring some work with them.

The Candidate
We are looking for an MRICS or FAAV qualified Rural Professional with strong leadership skills to manage a senior position and in time potentially lead the business. The candidate will be approachable and a team player with a personable approach to building and maintaining relationships.
As a key member of the business, it is important that you have solid experience of rural estate management and advisory work and should have relevant professional qualifications or be prepared to attain them as part of the role.
