We are working with one of this most forward thinking farms in the UK, and don't worry they are offering accommodation too!

What you'll be doing

You'll be assisting with the day to day running of the glass house including climate setpoints and an overview of the Priva Climate computer

You'll be reporting into the Glasshouse Manager, but we are looking for someone with initiative and the ability to take ownership of tasks and their own two direct reports.

Having an apprentice grower and spray operator reporting into you, you will be on hand to help develop and grow other employees, supporting their career development.

They want to hear your opinion. You'll play a parting in this site go from strength to strength.

What you'll need

We are looking for someone with at least three years experience in a soft fruit role, ideally! But would be open to considering protected cropping experience.

You'll be hyper organised with strong IT skills, including Excel.

The desire to manage a small team or previous experience in doing so.
