Poultry Farm Handlers

We're recruiting Poultry Handlers for a farm in Somerset (BA3).

Our clients are looking to recruit multiple Poultry Handlers and offer full and part-time positions. They will consider those without experience as they offer training, but poultry and forklift experience is an advantage, not essential. 

Job Description:

• Catching and handling birds to high welfare standards
• Helping to prepare birds for transport
• Making sure birds are picked up and loaded correctly and safely
• Following company rules for good levels of biosecurity
• Working as part of a team

Salary from: £12.20 p/h DOE + travelling to site paid for.

Hours: Average 45-55 hours per week. Starting with day shifts, then joining the rota (1 weeknight, 1 week earlier, 1 weekdays, alternate Saturdays).

• Experience is not required but is an advantage
• All training and PPE provided
• Forklift experience is beneficial but not essential
• Full and part-time positions available
• You must be able to commute to BA3
