Trainee Manager for Macadamia Farm

We are a family owned macadamia growing operation with 2 farm sites. Having recently purchased a young 10000 tree orchard we are seeking a person with the skill and drive to take it to its full potential.

The successful applicant must have:

• Tractor driving competency
• Experience with chemical use and application
• Agronomy knowledge with relation to pests, disease and nutrition
• Knowledge of regenerative farming practices
• Ability to plan farm work with consideration of weather and orchard requirements

Initial trial period through the Australian Working Holiday Visa leading to sponsorship for substantive visa application.

Must meet conditions attached to obtaining working holiday visa.

We will give guidance and training to apply your experience and knowledge to the specifics of the macadamia crop and machinery.
