SKILLED ARABLE OPERATOR

Herefordshire

R&Z Chilman is a 1,500 acre arable farm based in Herefordshire and we are looking for a skilled arable operator to join our small team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for spraying using a Househam AR 3500 and combining with a 12-month-old Claas Lexion 7500. Other main duties will include drilling with a new Lemken Solitair drill, cultivations, workshop maintenance, as well as general farm duties.

We are a high performing farm using well maintained and modern equipment, so previous experience and good attention to detail are essential. PA1, PA2, combine driving experience, and telescopic loader operation, are all required.

We believe this is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic, conscientious, and multi-skilled individual, and we are offering an excellent remuneration package, including accommodation if required, for the right candidate.

Please apply by email with a covering letter and CV to- rogerchilman@hotmail.com
