Marketing Communications Manager

MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS MANAGER, Cambourne

We are seeking a Marketing & Communications Manager to manage and oversee our communication activities, promoting our services and enhancing brand visibility.

Your main goal will be to elevate our brand above the competition, engage new customers, and create loyalty with existing customers.

This role involves close collaboration with customer facing teams and external stakeholders to drive growth and achieve business objectives.

With proven experience in marketing communications and B2B, ideally from the agriculture sector, you’ll have the ability to work collaboratively at all levels, the confidence to take the initiative and the skills to enhance and improve. We are also looking for your:

• Ability to create and execute campaigns
• Online marketing initiatives and social media campaigns
• Project Management skills and ability to work on numerous projects concurrently
• Post-Campaign Analysis and Continuous Improvement, Provide clear implications, recommendations, and learnings to relevant stakeholders.
