Pig Farm Manager

We're recruiting a Farm Manager for an outdoor pig farm in Nottinghamshire NG22. 

The role requires excellent organizational and communication skills, the ability to understand data, a solid understanding of planning and logistics, and the capability to implement high animal welfare standards. It also offers a unique opportunity for personal and professional growth and development.

The farm has 1,200 sows operating outdoors on a 3-week system. Candidates need to have proven experience in pig husbandry, be able to lead a team, and meet company targets. 

Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 doe.
