Our client is looking for a National Feed Sales Manager. Reporting to the Head of Feed Sales, the Sales Manager is responsible for driving commercial activity to drive consistent sales. This role is field based.
Responsibilities for this role include:
- Working alongside the Head of Feed Sales to ensure they are aligned in their approach.
- Feed sales responsibility for the sales team to ensure consistent commercial activity drives the team to deliver growth.
- Increase market share.
- Develop volume and margin across the sales teams.
- Manage a sales team capable of focusing on the customer and responsible for the execution of the business strategy.
The ideal candidate would focus on:
- Achieve and surpass target volumes and margins in line with sales strategy
- Nurturing business to business sales as well as business to customer sales
- Team development
- Good communication.
The following experience is advantageous:
- Degree or equivalent, or significant experience demonstrating career growth
- Good communication
- Sales Management experience (minimum 5 years’ experience)
- Experience within the Agricultural sector
- Previous budgetary experience
- IT skills
