Based at Lantra Head office: Lantra House, Kenilworth CV8 2LG with hybrid working available
Car driver essential due to site location and Ad-hoc travel to meetings and events
The Role
Lantra’s External Relations Department cover all areas of Marketing, Communications, Research, Careers and Engagement to position Lantra as the Leading Awarding Body for the Land Based and Environment sector, including Agriculture.
We are now looking for a Marketing and Communications Manager to join our team on a full-time permanent basis. This is an office-based role with the opportunity to work from home up to three days per week. This is a fantastic opportunity for a creative, outgoing and dynamic person with an eye for detail to join our leading organisation.
With a degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, or related subject, you will be passionate about marketing & communications working on your own initiative as well within a team environment to develop, implement, and monitor the business marketing plan. You will play a key role in marketing Lantra’s training products and qualifications to our sector to supporting companywide sales growth and product promotion.
In addition, you will take up line management responsibilities as you progress within the role.
About you
To be considered as the Marketing and Communications Manager, you will need:
- Strong strategic marketing skills with experience of working to budgets and targets
- Digital marketing & communication experience including website management, search engine optimisation and social media communications. Using content management systems
- Knowledge of developing and implementing a marketing strategy and marketing programs
- Excellent standard of literacy and numeracy
- People management knowledge/experience
- Experience of developing brand awareness & positioning
- MS Office applications and Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design packages experience
