The package: you will be provided with a generous tailored package to your expectations and requirements, this will include a significant earning potential through an uncapped profit share at up to 30% of your gross margin!

What are they looking for?

• You must be an experienced Agronomist with an established ledger.

• Be based within the West Midlands/Welsh Borders.

• Hold FACTS and BASIS.

• If you have an interest in regenerative farming this will be particularly beneficial, but this is not a deal breaker.
