We are growing fast, so we are looking for a Research & Knowledge Exchange Manager to help support and develop this growth further. We want a driven self-starter to take a key role in developing Ceres Research by collating, analysing and communicating the latest agricultural research for both internal and external dissemination. We would also expect the successful candidate to have a strategic input into this area of our work and identify new commercial opportunities.

You would be provided with the opportunity to undertake further training, and you would work alongside our talented and dynamic team of consultants, reporting to a Partner in the business. This will give you excellent profile and mentoring to further your career at Ceres Group, where your prospects include partnership.

Role requirements:

  • PhD in an agricultural topic
  • At least two years work experience
  • Agricultural industry understanding
  • Commercial awareness
  • Familiarity with AI & technology
  • Competence in summarising data
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Project experience
