Plant Operative sought for the manufacture and despatch of liquid fertiliser for a busy family company, BFS Fertiliser Services.

The successful candidate will fulfil a key role in this long-established, progressive business. They will be part of a small, dedicated team of professionals working to provide customers with excellent service. They will be practical, with common sense and commitment. The tasks for this role vary depending on the stage of the season and weather.

Repair and maintenance tasks are a key part of this position, so a willingness to learn new skills is paramount.

We will offer training to help with the following:

• Rough terrain forklift
• Welding

An HGV driver with Class 1 licence (category C + E licence) would be an advantage.

Competitive salary DOE plus overtime.

We are less busy at harvest time so the position suits someone who would like to be on holiday when the schools are out.

The successful candidate will be based near South Woodham, Essex CM3 8RD.
