Position Overview

As an Environmental Consultant, you will play a crucial role in guiding farmers on best practices to maximise environmental benefits while generating new business opportunities for the consultancy. Your expertise will contribute to the consultancy's mission of supporting land-based businesses and promoting sustainable agriculture.

Responsibilities

• Advise farmers on environmentally beneficial best practices

• Research and evaluate new opportunities for added value

• Engage with diverse stakeholders in the agricultural sector

• Stay informed on sector knowledge and share insights

• Prepare accurate documentation and compelling proposals

Requirements

• Enthusiasm for the environmental sector and agriculture

• Knowledge of carbon tools, markets, and farm opportunities

• Understanding of current and emerging UK agricultural legislation

• Commercial acumen and ability to communicate effectively

• Willingness to work in the office and travel to farms
