Assume the role of technical lead for both staff and customers

Ensure excellent levels of customer service and satisfaction both in depot and field

Liaise and build relationships across the customer base

Strong practical experience of modern agricultural machinery

A genuine commitment to building a career in Australia

Previous management experience or supervisory is desirable

Familiarity with profit/loss management and reporting
