Trainee Farm and Estate Management Advisor

Moundsmere Estate Management are a small, friendly team delivering farm and estate management advice in Hampshire and surrounding counties. More information is available on our website www.moundsmere.co.uk.

We are looking for a degree educated graduate (ideally in a related subject such as agriculture or rural land and business management). The role would initially involve shadowing our team and learning on the job and we would then assist the trainee to gain relevant professional qualifications while working with us. The individual would initially specialise in assisting with delivering advice on agri-environmental schemes.

Applicants should have good interpersonal skills, excellent numeracy and be competent with Word and Excel at ‘intermediate’ level. The role will be salary based (according to age, qualifications and experience) with a workplace pension and an annual bonus. The candidate will be required to work from our office near Basingstoke.
