We are looking for an experienced and committed team player to organise routine maintenance, deal with day to day breakdowns and help steer some of our replacement and maintenance decisions.

The workshop is an integral part of our fast paced and progressive Dairy Business based in Dorset, caring for our cows alongside our in-house Cropping Team who manage all our manure applications and grow forage crops for our farms.

Working with a large fleet of new and current agricultural machinery including John Deere, Fendt, Krone, Triolet and JCB, including other more specialised equipment.

Working closely with our Farm Manager on a day to day basis and Partners of the Family Business periodically.  

Ability in setting up new equipment and an interest in occasional driving would be beneficial but not essential.

Ongoing training will be provided on new or unfamiliar equipment.

Structured time off

Provide rotational weekend cover alongside other members of the senior team.

Good renumeration package including work van and tools.
