Our client, a highly experienced agricultural finance provider, is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive their funding solutions for the British farming community. This is an excellent opportunity for a sales professional with an agricultural background to make a significant impact in the farming industry.

Position Overview

As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing a region from a home office, overseeing existing borrowers, and building relationships with agricultural-equipment dealers, land agents, accountants, surveyors, and other professionals to provide commercial finance services to their clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage a region from a home office

• Oversee existing borrowers in the region

• Build relationships with agri-equipment dealers and land agents

• Attend monthly staff meetings in Cambridge

• Conduct cold calls to new customers

• Manage and build relationships with farmers and agricultural professionals

Requirements

• Been within an Agricultural position previously dealing with customers

• Strong financial and commercial experience

• Excellent relationship management skills

• Ability to work independently from a home office

• Willingness to travel to Cambridge for monthly meetings
