Position Overview

The Technical & Field Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring the company's success by maintaining a clear understanding of field operations and building strong relationships with growers across England and Scotland.

Responsibilities

• Visit growers to confirm planting details and assess crops

• Observe potato quality in storage and manage logistics

• Build relationships with growers and identify new land

• Collect and report data on company systems accurately

Requirements

• Experience in agriculture or a related field

• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently

• Willing to travel throughout the UK

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Ability to collect and report data accurately
