Position Overview

As a Technical Consultant, you will play a key role in building strong relationships with growers, serving as their trusted advisor for soil and crop health solutions. Your expertise will contribute to the company's goal of transforming UK agriculture through informative and regenerative options.

Responsibilities

• Employ agronomic approach to understand growers' needs and frustrations

• Provide technical solutions and strategic insights for soil/crop health

• Build long-term relationships as growers' go-to person for advice

• Demonstrate understanding of soil/plant health and nutrition/biology in agriculture

• Pursue business growth through personalised style and group meetings

Requirements

• Relevant business experience, preferably with professional growers

• FACTs qualification preferred

• Passion for making a positive impact on UK agriculture
