What You'll Be Doing:

You'll be operating tractors and other machinery for soft or top fruit farming, focusing on delivering the high-quality fruit associated with the business.

From getting involved in harvest logistics to assisting in crop walking, this business is keen to get you involved in continuous learning and development opportunities.

You'll be open to working flexible hours, especially during the busy harvest season.

What you'll need:

Ideally, you've got some experience in farming or agriculture. Your PA1 and PA3 certificates will also be a big advantage, but don't worry if you don't have these, this company are open to putting the right person through their training.

We're not expecting you to be an expert in soft fruit, but willingness to learn is key.

You'll be confident in operating farm machinery and ready to commit to the demanding schedule of the farming season.
