Yester Estate is an historic and thriving estate, nestled in the picturesque countryside of East Lothian, Scotland. The owners of the estate are seeking an experienced and dedicated Estate Manager to oversee its daily operations and play a vital role in its continued success.

This job presents a unique opportunity to become part of a rich heritage, managing a stunning 550-acre estate that has been an integral part of the region for generations. We are looking for a dynamic and forward-thinking individual with a strong background in estate management, agriculture, livestock, and forestry. Your responsibilities will range from managing a skilled team of six estate staff, to overseeing the maintenance of the estate’s land and properties, to driving innovative conservation efforts that ensure the estate remains a beacon of natural beauty amongst the picturesque community of Gifford.

If you thrive in a role that combines strategic management with hands-on involvement, this is the perfect opportunity for you. You'll have the chance to make a real impact, working closely with the estate's owners to shape its future while preserving its storied past.

In return, we offer a competitive salary, a supportive work environment, and the rare opportunity to live and work in one of Scotland’s most beautiful estates.
