Job Details

We are recruiting an experienced Pig Stockperson for a farm in North Yorkshire (DL11).

The job is an excellent opportunity to work on a large indoor unit concentrating on all aspects of pig production, including grow-on gilts, dry sows and farrowing.

Person specifications:

  • Ideally, 2+ years of experience in commercial pigs
  • Highest welfare and care standards
  • Motivation for good results
  • Committed and enthusiastic about the pig industry
  • A team player
  • Must have a driving license and a car
  • Able to work every 3rd weekend
  • Able to work approx. 50 hours per week


Salary: From £35,000 doe + 4-bed family house.
