A Regional Sales Manager is required for this well known business with significant product portfolio ranging from feed to animal health products. Within your territory, you will be managing field based members in conjunction with management of the retail side to this business, specifically within the Agricultural product range. As a varied role, you will be required to have a field based presence and actively provide support to your team ensuring farmers’ needs are met.

About you:

- Experienced in managing field based members.

- Ability to liaise with suppliers, ensuring the best products are provided to the retail side of the business.

- Have a background in feed/fertilizer/animal health or related field.

- Supportive management style provided to field based members.

- Ability to travel the Northern territory.

- B2B experience would be beneficial, however not essential.

In return you will be joining an evolving business with extensive offering to UK farmers. Basic salary in line with experience in addition to company vehicle and bonus structure.
