Tractor Driver / Farm Operations Assistant 

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Tractor Driver to join a family farming operation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of farm machinery, including tractors and other agricultural equipment, to carry out fieldwork, planting, harvesting, and general farm maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

• Operating tractors and other agricultural machinery for ploughing, planting, cultivating, and harvesting crops
• Performing routine maintenance and minor repairs on equipment to ensure optimal performance
• Assisting with general farm work as needed, including transporting materials and preparing fields
• Maintaining health and safety standards while operating machinery
• Reporting any issues with equipment to the farm manager

Requirements

• Proven experience in operating tractors and other farm machinery
• Strong understanding of agricultural processes and equipment maintenance
• Attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Full driving license

Desirable

• Knowledge of GPS-guided machinery is a plus
• PA1 / PA2 / PA6
