Job Details

Sprayer Operator | Suffolk | £40k-45k

Picture This: You're starting your day as part of a team committed to producing high quality crops with the greatest attention to detail and in the most sustainable way possible. You hop into advanced spraying equipment, equipped with precision technology, as you navigate through rows of thriving crops.

Every spray pass you make contributes to a successful, sustainable harvest and satisfied customers. You take pride in your work, knowing that your expertise and attention to detail are helping to feed communities and sustain the land.

In this role, you'll play a vital part in protecting crops and ensuring healthy yields.

If you're detail-oriented, enjoy working outdoors, and want to be part of a dynamic, innovative agricultural operation, we'd love to hear from you!

What You'll Be Doing: This business is currently cropping around 1,700 hectares of root vegetables, field-scale vegetables, and combinable crops. With the busy nature of the farm, they need you to join their team.

Your role would predominantly focus on spraying and operating. Harvesting and workshop duties may also fall into your remit at peak periods.

As this is a Sprayer Operator role PA1 and PA2 certificates are essential, and ideally you will be confident in operating a range of farm machinery.

Given the size of the operation, you must be a great team player.

What's Next: For an informal chat about the position, please call me, Emily, on 01780 480530, email emily@morepeople.co.uk or drop me a message on LinkedIn. Don't worry if your CV isn't up to date, just send what you have already, and we can sort the rest later
