This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to contribute to the success of growers by providing expert advice, services, and support in precision agriculture.

Position Overview

The Crop Applications Advisor will play a crucial role in supporting customers by processing fertiliser recommendations, creating variable rate GPS spreading files, and providing technical guidance to optimise crop production and environmental performance.

Responsibilities

• Gather key information from customers for fertiliser recommendations

• Process precise fertiliser recommendations using bespoke software

• Create variable rate GPS fertiliser spreading files

• Respond to customer and sales team enquiries promptly

• Troubleshoot issues with GPS fertiliser spreading files

• Maintain customer database and CRM system accurately

Requirements

• Excellent customer service and communication skills

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

• Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively

• Knowledge of fertiliser use in arable farming (desirable)

• FACTS qualification (training can be provided)

• Self-motivated, tenacious, and flexible approach to work
