Farms Director

An exceptional opportunity has arisen to join the Thurlow Estate as Farms Director, overseeing the management of this 5,000 hectare, ring fenced well-mechanised arable operation based on the Suffolk/Cambridgeshire/Essex border.

We are seeking a commercially astute, dynamic and practical individual with proven ability of running a large-scale farming operation to develop the Estate’s in-hand farming business, focussing on profitability, environmental stewardship and staff management.

The role would suit a pro-active individual with an exceptional grasp of crop production and strong financial acumen who values a team ethos, is forward-looking and aspires to drive efficiencies.

A comprehensive remuneration package is on offer commensurate with experience which includes accommodation, if required.
