JFD Hargreaves Ltd is a progressive family arable business specialising in potatoes, located in North Lincolnshire. 

The Assistant Farm Manager role is to oversee all operational aspects of the business and associated activities, reporting directly to the owner. The farm operates modern machinery,together with modern storage and irrigation facilities. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for five permanent staff, together with temporary / casual workers. Cropping includes wheat, barley, oilseed rape, sugar beet, vining peas and the potato enterprise.

The business prides itself in delivering high returns in regard to both quality and yield, using all aspects of business management and technology to achieve these goals.

The successful applicant will have suitable qualifications and experience to enable them to excel in this role, continuing to develop the business whilst upholding the high standardsexpected.

The post will attract a competitive package including farm vehicle and house, if required.
