This 200-cow flying herd of Holstein x Friesian cows yielding 8,000 litres, for their own in-house milk processing operation, needs to produce milk of the highest quality.

The herd is milked via a 3 Lely robotic system recently installed.

In the winter months cows are housed in deep sand cubicles with an easy feed TMR.

The position would ideally suit an experienced milker wishing to improve into a full herd management role without the task of milking, and to maintain and improve the herd performance, especially herd health.

A 3-bedroom house on farm and a competitive salary is on offer, to accompany a good work-life balance now the robots are up and running.
