Dan Albone & Son Ltd is a family-run arable farming business specialising in potato production.

Operating across a variety of land types in North Lincolnshire, the farm grows combinable crops and irrigated potatoes. Equipped with modern machinery, up to date storage facilities, and irrigation systems.

The successful applicant will be responsible for overseeing all operational aspects of the farm. This includes managing a team of six experienced full-time staff, along with seasonal workers, as well as organising the purchasing and delivery of farm produce. Reporting directly to the owner, the role demands strong leadership, effective organisational skills and a solid understanding of agricultural practices.

We are looking for a candidate with a friendly and approachable nature, coupled with a hardworking and honest character with a genuine passion for farming.  

In return, the position offers a competitive remuneration package, which includes a company vehicle and the option of a house if required.
