Our client, an innovative agronomy consultancy, is seeking a passionate Agronomist to support farmers in transitioning to regenerative practices. This is an exciting opportunity to make a valuable difference in the agricultural sector by delivering holistic agronomy services to clients across North Oxfordshire and South Northamptonshire.

Position Overview

As an Agronomist, you will play a crucial role in delivering regular agronomy services to clients, focusing on crop protection, nutrient management, and soil fertility. Your expertise will contribute to the consultancy's mission of promoting sustainable and regenerative agriculture practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive agronomy guidance to clients

• Develop and implement crop protection strategies

• Offer nutrient management and soil fertility consultancy

• Adapt recommendations based on changing field conditions

• Contribute to the growth of regenerative agriculture

Requirements

• BASIS and FACTs qualifications

• Prior agronomy experience

• Adaptability to changing conditions and circumstances

• Passion for holistic/regenerative agriculture (preferred)

• Knowledge in crop nutrition, soil health, and fertility (preferred)
