Pig Stockperson

We are excited to announce a new job opportunity for a Pig Stockperson to join a forward-thinking pig farm in Devon EX15.

This breeding-to-weaning unit is part of a progressive and growing pig business, offering a supportive environment for career development.

Job Role:

• Farrowing-house work as part of the weekly routine
• Ensuring high standards of animal welfare and productivity

Person specification:

• Strong sow husbandry skills 
• Attention to detail
• A passion for animal welfare and high standards of care
• Self-motivation and drive to achieve results
• A proactive and responsible attitude

Salary guide: £34,000 to £37,000 DOE

Plus:

• Housing allowance is available for applicants who are not local

Hours: Approx. 7 am–5 pm, with 10 additional weekend hours every other weekend.
