Skilled Operator

Full Time Fendt 943 Tractor & New Holland CR 10.90 Combine Operator

We are currently seeking a skilled operator for a 2100 ha family-owned arable estate in Lincolnshire.  The estate has a variety of interest in diversification & environmental schemes. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated and enthusiastic person to join our existing skilled and hard-working team.

The candidate will ideally have the following:

• A self-motivated individual, who can work to a high standard on own initiative.

• Be willing and able to support all entities of this farm business.

• Ability to work alone and as part of a team.

• Relief driver on key machines throughout the season.

• Attention to detail with strong work ethic & willingness to embrace challenges.

• An interest in modern & changing farming practices.

• To assist with maintenance of the business machinery buildings and grounds.

• A valid UK driving license.

Full in-house training will be provided on all machines and any external training where necessary.
