Key Duties include:

  • Maintaining and repairing the farm's state-of-the-art machinery.
  • Managing the machinery, fuels, and consumables budgets.
  • Proactively ensuring machinery is maintained to the highest standards, with comprehensive record-keeping.
  • Sourcing spare parts and consumables and managing stock.
  • Ensuring all machinery and equipment is health and safety compliant.
  • Supporting other areas of the business, including the golf course, property, and production units.
  • Keeping up to date with the latest in machinery developments and implementing an effective maintenance schedule.

What You Can Expect

  • Pension scheme
  • 3x Life Assurance
  • Private medical insurance
  • 32 days annual leave (including public holidays, with increases at 2- and 5-years' service)
  • Training and development opportunities
  • Employee Assistance Programme to support you whenever needed

Working Hours: 5 days per week, with flexible hours to accommodate the seasonal needs of the business.

Location: The farm is located near Holbeach.
